Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5– business days) — rates calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at quadiconw@hotmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
